J-rock

Oh my gosh I love J-Rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I also love J-Pop and K-rock and K-pop. That's how i got my sexy alias Ayumi Takashi^_^. I love to listen to Gackt, and recently someone in mylot introduced me to Dong Bang Shin Ki.

I must admit, Gackt is pretty amazing. But my all time favourite j-rock band has got to be X Japan. I'm so psyched that they reunited and are going to do a world tour (if they don't come to London, I swear I'll hitchhike my way to Paris or the nearest concert!) Also, Miyavi is pretty good, but his more recent stuff has kinda turned away from the rock style, so I'm not really liking it as much. The band Nightmare is also really good. And MUCC too (my sister got to see MUCC live! Damn her!!) Lots of other bands as well.. (about a third of my music is Japanese.. that's the result of having three Japanese best friends at some point in your life) And if anyone's interested in j-pop, there's always Utada Hikaru. And the song Sakura Sake by Arashi always makes me smile, even though it's SO pop-ish.

GACKT!!! gosh i heart the man!! he is amazing! so effingly amazing. plus i like his weirdness. i also like bands like Larc~en~ciel, UVERworld definitely, Do as Infinity though they disbanded. for solo its Miyavi. songs: Gackt's Redemption, Returner and Metamorphoze Uverworld's D-technolife, Shamrock and Rush

i love jrock too! i thought no one here at mylot does but surprise surprise! :D aside from X-Japan and Gackt, i love Phantasmagoria and Breakerz too. ^_^

my fav band is x-japan but i listen dir en grey more these days OMG!kyo is so amazing!!
