Experimenting in the Kitchen

I know the kitchen is not the most ideal to experiment but that is just what I'll be doing, I'm planning to make slowed cooked in Pepsi, Gin, and whatever condiments I can find at home (I think I have thyme, italian seasoning, and oregano at home) I might add some Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Anybody else have any suggestion on what I should and shouldn't add.

i have a question... what are you planning to cook? what's your main ingredient? or are you going to make some cocktail drinks?

Lol...I just realized that I forgot to include porkchops as my main ingredient. I'm thinking of slow cooking it because baking takes too much time and is hot (we have a small kitchen that's why). Something like pork roast but using porkchops instead.

I have a great pork chop recipe. Take 6 chops and put in a baking dish. On top of each chop, add 1 tablespoon of brown sugar then pour about 2 tablespoons of worchestershire sauce on them and bake for about 35 minutes. They are sweet and saucy and very good!! I make these quite often and we love them!!

I baked some pork steak this evening, and I was experimenting because I had never tried them before. I added lemon pepper, thyme, basil, oregano, mixed veggies, tomato sauce, pork rub, and a few cloves of garlic, and salt and pepper. It actually came out tasting pretty good, my husband and son ate most of it. I have never tried Pepsi and Gin with pork chops, i will have to try that.
