when voldemort was ressurected in GoF harry's blood was one of the "ingredients" in the spell. this enabled voldemort to touch harry but i also believe that it created another important bond between them. could harry use this connection in defeating voldemort in book7? many speculate that harry will also die in book7, is it possible that this will be the reason? will he sacrifice himself in order to defeat the dark lord? if harry dies, will voldemort also die because of this blood connection?

this thing will play a major part in the end of the last book. the gleam in dumbledore's eyes when he said that voldemort was alive and how he came alive will also have a significance. this will play a pivotal role in the book. but we'll still have to wait a week more to know.

I think it will. According to the prophecy in the order of the phoenix, one cannot live while the other is living. It is therefore harry potter and voldemort. If harry lives, then so as voldemort. I think JK Rowling will kill Harry in book 7 to end the legend of Harry. but I hope she will not do it. I hope she can do some alternatives on it.

I think it would have a significant seeing that all throughout the book, how much emphasis is being given about blood ties, and Voldemort owes his life to Harry because he uses Harry's blood to give himself a new body. Now he has both blood ties and magical bond with Harry.
