She/He deserves a second look!

I remember someone telling me that I deserve a second look (LOL!, probably I had a dirt on my face...LOL!).Well, its probably because most ladies in town are not fair in complexion, rather tan/dark brown, and I am fair in complexion. What about you? what make a person deserves a second look (kidding aside...)?

To me, a man whose smile reaches his eyes. There is something very genuine about a person who can express their emotions with their eyes and that always forces me to take a second look.
