A question for those from India/Pakistan?

Ok I work for all Indians and Pakistanians at my hotel. They are always trying to fire our American housekeepers and replace them with Indians and Pakistanians. They say they are harder workers, and honestly I don't see it. I see them as equal. Why do they constantly brag about being better than us when I as an assistant manager see both races working equally?
