been 7 days and no payment from A.W. surveys

hmmm, i'm starting to wonder. It says that i'd get paid in less than 5 days but it's already been 7. I sent an email 2 days ago but haven't gotten a reply. Has anyone been paid??

I haven't been paid yet and I signed up many weeks ago. But it says that they pay out when you reach $75. I filled out the first few surveys and was credited $26 but they have not sent me any more surveys. I can't help but wonder if this site is a scam?
