I would always rather get up early. I'm usually up by 6am and I love having the 'world' to myself at that time. the air is fresher, the house is peaceful, the day doesn't feel at all 'stale' at that stage. I dislike late nights, for me they are tiring and make me feel grubby.

I have to get up early in the morning, for three mornings each week. My 15 year old daughter is a competitive swimmer. For two days I get up at 4.00am, & on another day it is 4.50am. I never thought I would get used to this, but I did.

I work at nights so I usually get up at around 9pm...during weekdays even if I don't go to work I still wake up at nights..so I am not the usual morning waker..I love mornings though... It's calm..cold and very nice to see the light coming up..

I used to get up by 7 in the morning.But due to some reasons , I now sleep by 12 or 1 in the night and get up by 8 in the morning. Early Morning is good for Walking and Exercising .And I hope to get back to my routine after a few months .
