Well it is 8pm and I have had enough for today, I have worked all day and then come home cooked tea, done a load of washing and looked after my 9 month old daughter so I am off to bed, so tell me what time did you go to bed last night and was there any reason for going to bed at this time? Is it a normal time for you to go to bed at that time? I would love to sit up late but I know that i have to get up early when my daughter wakes up so that is another reason for going to bed so early!

I usually stay up till about 10 or 10:30 at night, but there are times that I would much rather go to bed around 8. I think that different people have different times that work for their bedtimes. My fiance can never get to sleep when I go to bed, so he stays up later till he is ready to sleep.

i went to bed at about 11:30 last night. that is pretty much my normal time to go to bed. if i could get my 2 year old to go to bed like her sister does i'd be able to go to bed a little earlier. they usually sleep till 8 so i don't have to get up too early.

It's a healthy thing to do it, why not? Sleeping early is one thing that every person want in order to fill up his sleep indebtedness.

Wow, I am impressed that you have got everything done and can go to bed that early. At 8pm, I have just put my son down (also 9 months), I then need to eat and then start on chores, job searches etc.
