I don't KNOW if this is official, as I can't find a source, -perhaps someone could confirm- but if this is HEATH LEDGER as JOKER in THE DARK KNIGHT, I am bloody SCARED!!Bye, bye to laughing maniac, we are looking @ a psycho killer who is not here to make us laugh!

I am not a big fan of scary movies but I watch some of them. The type of horror movies that i like is movies like the Omen, the Others and so on, I don't mind watching other stuff though....

I'm not a big fan of Heath Ledger, and I don't think they should have picked him to play The Joker, but I do have to say that I have been impressed with the publicity shots that I have seen so far of his makeup. I just hope that his acting will be up to par, and make this a good Batman movie. Unfortunately, the Batman movies from before just got really silly as time went on, and I would hate to see that happen with this new series of movies.

I do agree with u, BUT there has to be something about heath ledger that made Chris Nolan hand pick him. Although am not a fan of him @ all, but I have seen him act. and boy can he act. I say let's give him a chance.
I don't think WB is THAT stupid to screw up the series again, after the set back in 1997. AND after the effort they made to revive it.
Or they could be, u never know. Let's just hope 4 the best!

Yes!! woohoo I am f##kin scared, because this is one character known and depicted all throughout the silver screen histroy for his "humorous" insanity. he makes you wanna "go/die" with a smile. This new one, goes back to the comic book roots, dark, psychopathic as will as insane. He doesn't seem to wanna make you laugh @ all. It's scary because WE as Batfans, NEVER seen him as origianlly intended. "shakin'"
