Is HYIP illegal?

Some HYIPs are pyramid schemes though none of the admin would admit this. In some countries, it is against the law to promote pyramid schemes. So, is investing or promoting in HYIP legal? The problem is, I would never know whether my HYIP is a pyramid scheme until it ends. All of them say they work on FOREX, hedge funds or something like that. Would I risk committing an offense when investing or promoting these HYIPs?

Every HYIP is scam? You are so wrong. Have you heard about A3union or online-capital? Real companies that pays for more the 6 months. Check my profile.

Like you said... HYIPs are illegal in some countries. I don't think that you can commit an offense by investing or promoting them. If you want to invest, just do it in to a real company... Check my profile.

Thank you for your reply. I know A3Union and I invested some money in it. Yes it is a very good program that always pays me. But only time would prove whether they're a real company.
