You will get one once you reach 100 posts. And they are a rating of 1-10, 10 being the highest. People can rate your discussions and responses with the positive or negative sign that you see, and that is the main base of what your rating is. It depends on how good of responses you give and the quality of the discussions you post and stuff...mostly how other people rate you. Good luck!

You get a star when you reach 100 posts. It'll also have a number, which is your rating. If you look at the bottom right of every post, there are the symbols + - ! and those are the symbols we use to rate. + for positive, - for negative and ! for reporting a discussion or response.
