My husband and I went to the market and when we arrived home, we noticed that our basin was broken and my children were crying...A drunk man (our neighbor)got wild and smashed our basin in our door while our children were inside our house. They were nervous and very pale...what I did I went to police station and reported the incident...but that was not enough for me...
ON the next day...I confronted the mother and even the man, I express my anger and he just said "I'm sorry"...
what do u think?...What should I do then...

There would be no doubt what I'd do. He would make a personal apology, in front or me, to the children. Then he would pay for any and all damages or he would go to jail or be sued for personal damages and punitive damages .... period. Drunk or not, this is totally unacceptable and needs to be recified immediately. Stand up, put your foot down and take action now. There is no excuse that can justify this kind of behavior.

think you did the right thing- Contacted the police- Man why would
your neighbor do this? because he was drunk- I'd be afraid to leave
my kids home alone with a drunk neighbor like this- I bet your kids
were frightened- I'm glad that everyone was ok- What a jerk- telling
him how mad you were- and he only said Sorry- I hope he is paying for
the damages!
