marriage......................fake?

I have a childhood friend. When get along together to the point of telling me one of his secrets. One of this she said was she gets marriage because it was a school requirement for she gets pregnant in the middle of the school year and her school is run by a congregation of nun. Pregnancy outside marriage is a big no,,no!
The parents planned for the marriage, got all the requirements and prepared for it. The problem is at the day of the civil wedding, the groom can't come for he work far.
The mother of the bride got other boy in replace of the groom for it is badly needed for the deadline of the submission of the marriage contact to the school is so near. The other boy pretend to be the groom, signed all the paper in the marriage contract. Now my friend is having problem for she wants to marry again not in the father of his daughter but to the man she loves now!
My friend is confused now and asked me for help but I didn't know either. Can you help us in what to do? please............

Is the relationship of her and the father's daughter is still in good conition? If yes try to open it up with him, fix it, if it cannot be fix! At least agree on things for them to have a win win situation on both side not to have effect on her daughter.And what is the main eason why she didn't love the father of her daughter.

I can say that my friend still love the father of her daughter but this cannot be possible now because he has another girl and maybe another child as of now! The father of his daughter knew about the fake marriage after all! As far as I know The marriage is null and void from the very start but can she do about it? Do she need to have a lawyer for it?By the way she was marriage by a judge!

AS far as I know, the marriage will become fake if the people initiated the wedding are not authorized to solemnized the wedding. Well she can tell the father of the his son about the truth, since she's still single Just make sure that your friend is so sure of her feelings and that she won't regret it when time comes...
There's nothing wrong of being honest.

The one who initiated the wedding is a judge but the groom is not the groom who supposed to be in that wedding rite! Is it still fake? What can my friend do about it???????????

this is an interesing and confusable topic.is his possible in real life.i dont thnk so.may be ur friend is a lier or a selfish grl.if she want to marry her new love say to do it.but if she again fall in love wth an another guy in future will she marry him also.??????????????????????
