car accident

I was in a head on accident with a woman that had bald tires and was driving on an icy road. I was going up hill in my Jeep Cherokee and nearing the crest of the hill when I see this car coming right at me in my lane. I tried to get up on the curb to avoid her but it was too late and she hit me head on. My now ex wife was not wearing a seat belt and went through the wind shield. I did have mine on and just got sore because of the seat belt. Even though it was not my fault at all I had to pay a lot of money out of my pocket because if the accident, that is not fair. But neither my ex wife nor I had to go to the hospital even though her car pushed our Jeep backwards and over the curb by about 15 feet.
