If you had a diabolical plan to take over the world, where in the heck would you get your henchmen? You know, the guys that always get their butts kicked by the hero or the cops. And what part of town would your abandoned warehouse of evilness be? moohahahamoohaha (evil laughter) I myself would use day labor guys and I would probably lease to own my headquarters. (Enough room for the freeze ray of course)
