Hi All just wondering how many ladies are doing the race for life in the Uk this year? It's for a great cause, Cancer Research. For anyone that is not familiar about this i will explain. It's a great excuse for lots of ladies to get together and go for a 5km walk/run which ever your able to do. While we are having lots of fun doing this the aim is to get sponsered to do this, so we then can raise alot of money for Cancer research. I've done it 3 times now once including yesterday. It's quite a moving thing to do as your walking around people have signs on their back saying who they are doing the race for. Some people had 3 or 4 names on there including mum's, aunties and even childrens names on it. I was just wondering if they do something similar in other countries and what causes that people may do it for. I look forward to hearing from people all over especially from the uk. Would be nice to see how many get involoved. there was 3500 ladies racing for life yesterday and they had another one after mine. I do hope you are all well. xxx
