Beheadings in Saudi Arabia

News papers have reported that in Saudi Arabia a 19 year old housemaid from Sri Lanka is on death row because the baby in her care died while she was bottle-feeding him. After reading the news item I felt very bad as the human rights are violated in Islamic Countries in the name of God. According to the newspaper the beheading figure in Saudi Arabia for the year 2007 has alread reached 102 including 3 women. In the case of the Srilankan girl she was only 17 years old at the time of the alleged crime. It seems she arrived in the kingdom to work as a housemaid. She was given the additional duty of looking after the baby for which it seems she has no training. This is a clear case of cruelty inflicted on citizens of Asian Countries by the Islamic Countries in the name of Justice. All the Governments of Asian countries should unitedly take up the matter with the Saudi Kingdom. We should support the Srilankan Government in its effort to save the life of little poor girl. If the Saudi Government does not relent all the Asian Countries should stop sending its citizens to the Kingdom.
