How to withdraw money from moneybookers?

Malaysia

I am from Malaysia and recently I have received payment from Mylot. I have opened an account with moneybookers and the payment process from myLot to moneybookers was successful. I could see that I have some money in moneybookers. However, I have a doubt on how to actually withdraw money from moneybookers. Moneybookers give me several options to withdraw, and I chose to transfer the money into my local bank account. The process of transferring money from moneybookers into my bank account was successful, therefore left me with MYR0.00 in the moneybookers account. The problem is, after three days, the money hasn't yet arrived in my banking statement, i.e. I am using Maybank as my bank account. I am confused, so I sent an email to moneybookers asking why is thing happening. But they didn't reply the email personally, they only send me an email from their automatic no-reply pre-composed sets of answers. I think my problem is not yet solved and still money hasn't arrived into my Maybank. If anybody from Malaysia knows how to withdraw money from moneybookers to a local bank, please reply to this discussion. I am sure we can help each other in this matter. I hope somebody would be able to give me a step-by-step guideline on how to withdraw money from moneybookers into our local Malaysian bank account. Thanks so much. Your replies are very much appreciated, honored and waited.

Hi, I'm also from Malaysia and I have transfered money from moneybookers to my bank account before. It may take about a week for the money to reach your account. Hope that helps you.

Thanks for your info. I'm glad to know that at least my money is in the floating process, and not gone forever. I really appreciate this info, pal.

i m also new with moneybooker. and depend on the discussion that i read about moneybooker transfering to our local bank account, it will take two or three weeks depend on the country that you asked for local bank transferred. ya, i know its kind little long time as not as like e-gold which we can convert to our currency in hours. but so far, from the e-currency rating that i know, moneybooker is quite safe and honesty e-currency as like e-gold although it charges so much fee than e-gold. i wonder how much it charges in malaysia? for indonesia, it will take $5 for each transaction. quit much amountt for charging, isn't it? :(
