came to know that studies are going on what specifically happens when a person has a "religious" or "spiritual" experience. researchers are trying to find out which regions of brain are most active during "spiritual" or "mystical experiences". do you think an understanding of the neuroscience of spirituality prove the existence of God?

I don't see any possibility for the free existence of a superbrain that created GOD.So the plausible answer is GOD.The studies on spiritualiy in relation to science and other allied matters are on ever increasing. The unprecedented developments in those fields point out to the infallible existence of a supernatural power, none other than the GOD.It is pertinent to note how Charles Darwin conclude his masterpiece "Origin of Species".He himself admits the evolution being controlled by a super power.Whatever be the nomenclature all culminates in ONE.There has to be reason for the cause or a cause for the reason-you decide

I think they can be relations between neuroscience or whatever other scientific researchs (black holes, light activity, quantum physics) and God, but God is more than that so we can't totally understand/prouve God by logic or "rational thinking".

Of course not. The idea of any god is based on faith, it/he/she cannot be proven or disproven by science. This will merely pinpoint the areas that humans extract enjoyment from during religious rituals or meditations. We already know what happens with many other stimuli.
