there are many causes of depression it may be psysocological ,physical, herediatry, biochemical.ther are some many other reason ie lack of sunlight during winter for months ,nutritional defiencies,sugar, poor diet, caffiene ,nicoy[tine, thyroid and adrenal gland disorder,enviornmantal, ,hormonal imbalance, sudden shock ,death of loved one,. there are many symptoms which slowley inadquqte diet, in somnia, weight liss, loss of interest, fatigue, change in activity, feeling of worthlessness, loss of concentration, thought of sucide or guilt, irrirtable behaviiour.western diet ie junk food ,snacking, poor eating are rhe contributing factors.DEPRESSION IS DECREASED WITH PHYSICAL ACTIVITY. THERE CERTAIN NUTRIENT WHICH HELP DURING TREATMENTbiotin, folic acid, vitaminb6 riboflavin, vitamin b12, vitaminc, calcium , iron , magnissium, and most important of all is omega6 fatty acidhere are some dietry modification for this1-eat plenty of protien high quality of protien found in fish turkey ,legume2-avoid saturated fats3-avoid caffine and sugar4-increase consumption trytophan rich food ie turkey , whole braid , milk.5-increase consumption of raw food and vegetable abnd their juices whole legume.6if possible try juice fasting under yours doctors guidance.

i feel i get refreshed after having my chocolates. And best remedy is Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle depression.
