What motivates you to work out?

I know some people that will get up early and exercise. Some will do whatever it takes to get some kind of exercise in during the day, and there are those who will religiously go to the gym after work. I try, but seem not to be able to be consistent with an exercise routine. So what keeps you motivated to work out or are you like me - can't keep with it?

I'm exactly like you. I don't need to work out to lose weight, but to keep in shape and stay healthy. However, with so many other entertaining things to do, it's hard to consistently exercise. I think if I joined a gym with other people I might become more motivated but I just can't afford it at the moment, nor do I have the time. Hopefully once I get my life straightened out I can find time to exercise.

To keep my weight down as I can put on weight easily. I set myself a target to walk 10,000 steps a day as recommended by some studies. I used a pedometer to keep track of my steps. On an average, I made about 7,000 steps, and I will walk around the house or stop at one bus stop ahead of my house to make the numbers. At time while at work, and I am taking tea break, I will take a 10 minutes walk around the office to relax and stretch myself.

I haven't been up early and exercising but I do exercise in the evening.What keeps you motivated you say?It's those pin up girls in bikini!dang,they're hot!i wanna be just like em!too bad that's like waiting for snow to come here!lol.

Nothing right now. I am hopeing to find the motivation to exercise more and go for daily walks after my husband and I move into our new house. I figure my dog will provide some motivation once she realizes all the great places we will be able to walk to then.
