I always do, but I don't know why. We never eat them and they just sit in my refridgerator forever! I never clean my fridge out either, how about you? I have soooo many leftovers sitting in my fridge, that if I would have heated them up again, they would have made 10 dinner!:D I guess I should get around to cleaning my fridge out soon, but I'm too LAZY! How about you, do you save your leftover? If so, do you ever eat them? How often do you clean your refridgerator out? Tell all!

ha, we always save them too, and unless I feel like eating them again, we usually don't cuz my hubby doesn't like leftovers too much, he'll eat them, but not always. and i just tend to forget about them, even though i open the fridge all dang day i know they're in there! ha. and i am SO bad at cleaning out the fridge as well. such a bad habit of mine. when i start smelling something nasty, that's when i dive in, otherwise i let things be, again a terrible habit of mine! YUCKO!!!

I always keep my leftover but I make sure to eat or throw them away before they go bad so the fridge doesn't clutter up.

We do usually save most of our leftovers. Sometimes they don't get ate, but sometimes they do. It just depends on our moods. We usually go through our fridge once a week before garbage day to make sure all the yuck and bad stuff is out of there. So we can start fresh for a new week.

Being a cheap- I mean economically minded, I do have left overs. I heat up the vegetables and have them the next day or two or three, either mix them with casseroles and put them in soup. I also make too much so I can have something quick when we are in a hurry and I do not want to cook anything for supper. I clean the fridge about once a month. We usually wind up eating them.

We also have leftovers in our fridge but I see to it that we must eat them the next day. We don't usually let it stay for 2 to 3 days. 2 days is the most...and I clean my fridge every month. :)

I do save leftover food. Sometimes I cook extra so I can bring it to work and save some money that way. The other thing I do is to take the vegetables and mix them all together in the frying pan and cook them that way - bubble and squeak - yum. It is also good if my husband gets hungry through the night. He gets up and eats the leftovers. I clean my refrigerator out every 2-3 weeks, depending on what is inside it. When I finish one product is when i start the next one. I don't understand the people who have 4 bottles of tomato sauce, or something like that open at the same time. Finish one, and then get some more open after that. That is the way to do it.

Yes I always put my left overs in the refrigerator, we do eat them the next day as well. I don't know for some reason I would rather have left overs than what i cooked that day. I am not sure if it's from sitting or what it is. If say we we didn't eat them I do go threw my refrigerator and clean it out so they don't get all nasty and gross sitting in there.

NO, I don't like to save the leftovers, because i won't eat them. Therefore, I cook just enought for eating, try to avoid leftover. If I have the leftovers, i won't eat the next day, but the day after I might eat or I have to clean it. So, my fridge is qute clean, and tidy :) You're better to clean your fridge, some food can not eat if it left over so long. For good food, you're better eat fresh !

I dont save them as such, I give them to the dogs to eat, except for onions and the bad stuff for dogs...I have done this for years and have only brought about 5 cans of dog food in as many years.

Heck yes, we eat them! I take left overs for lunch every day and my husband sometimes eats them for lunch. Now and then we just have left over night where we reheat them all and have a variety for dinner. It's too expensive to buy groceries and just throw them out. Putting them in the refrigerator and not eating them is just the same as throwing them out.

Oh my goodness yes; sometimes I make extra in order to have left overs! Like spaghetti because it taste great left over, or pot roast for hot or cold roast beef sandwiches! Don't you like left overs? Do you not clean your refrigerator out for a long long time? I totally understand believe me I do! I finally decided years ago though that I couldn't stand seeing all that old stuff in the fridge either so decided to clean it out on a regular bases. Trust me clean your fridge you will feel great about it! PS. when ever I see your picture up there I think you look like the younger sister on the show Reba! Do people tell you that at all?

We do the same thing. We always try and save our leftover, but it is pretty rare for us to eat them all. I do hate though when it all piles up in our fridge. I usually go grocery shopping every two weeks. That is when I have to clean out our fridge, as the new stuff can't fit in it.

I have to eat my left overs. I cannot afford to throw away food, too poor. If I do not eat my leftovers in 3 days,it goes in the freezer(if it can be frozen).I do clean out my frig. every week,in case I forget something or something gets spilled. You never know what can get spilled when you have a kid.LOL!

We do save leftovers from dinner but we always make sure we get to consume/dispose all of them as immediately as possible. It's not good that foods get wasted when it's just stored in the ref as it might be unhealthy for your family..

Never... I am a very hungry person that will finish everything. It's also an Asian tradition to finish your food not leave it to waste. My mom is very superstitious, she said it has to do something about that wasted food could have been someone elses meal.

Oh yes we have left overs and one day a week we do a fend for yourself night and everyone gets to pick what they want to eat and warm it up in the microwave. The kids love it. Any excess is usually taken to work with my hubby for him to eat for dinner. I try to clean my fridge at least once every 2 weeks for things that may have gotten pushed to the back. I am not always faithful about that though LOL Left overs are also great for a quick lunch.

When possible, I freeze leftovers. That doesn't work for everything but you'd be surprised how many things freeze well. To save myself time later, I will even make extra of some things just to freeze them so I can make a quick, easy tasty meal, or at least have a head start on one, i.e., meatballs, even brown rice.

We usually save them, but just like you, they end up getting old and no one wants to eat old food! Sometimes we make our lunch the next day composed of leftovers from last night's dinner.

that's how we do it, too. atleast making use of the leftovers is better than just throwing them all away. plus, no much leftover stuffs inside the fridge. hitting two birds with one stone... anne
