OMG... There are so many brands of toothpaste. What brand do you use? Don't forget to mention the special ingredients your toothpaste has in it.

I keep changing my toothpaste as I do with my shampoo and conditioner, I think you need to change it. I read in a magazine in a Dr's advice column someone wrote in asking about mouth ulcers, someone wrote into the column saying if you change your toothpast it will stop you getting mouth ulcers, the Dr saif he found this a strange comment but tried it out and he said he had to admit there was something to it....so maybe our bodies need variety....

I had actually heard something about this concerning the shampoos we use. I didn't realize that we should also be switching our toothpastes around too.

I have been for so many years a Colgate user. I find it most effective against any tooth decay and teeth problems. I prefer the one with fluoride. All toothpaste companies do not attempt to announce the real ingredients of their toothpaste as part of the intellectual property rights.

Hi there. We simply use "Colgate or McCleans" as long as it does the job, we're not too fussed on the brand of toothpaste, but we are fussed when it comes to mouth wash lol... With this we prefer "Listerine Mint"
