Your Daily Water Intake - In Glasses Or In Liters?

The other year, my family still based our daily water intake by the glasses. But today, we do it now by the liters. My wife would average 1.5 to 2 liters per day while I can go to 3 to 4 liters while my 3 sons, as much as 4 to 5 liters each, a day. Do you also based your daily water intake by the liters or by the glasses?

Hi there. I usually drink around 6-8 litres a day and thats going into the night as well... Water makes me feel refreshed and cleans me out...

I, too, drink about 1.5 liters of water each day, but the container I use to measure is marked in ounces. My husband drinks his water at room temperature, but I prefer mine chilled, so I fill my glass with ice cubes. How about you?

Here in israel it is summer now. So we drink large quanteties of water. Usually at the winter we are phrasing it as eight glasses a day, but in the summer time we talk in liters, we drink at least two liters a day.

i say it ranges from 1 to 1.5 liters of water a day, we dont use water despenser and i store water in a container 1 liter each, at the end of the day, if i check the fridge, i consume one bottle, and the other is half empty
