do you often go to an internet cafe?

i love surfing the net and since we dont have an internet connection in our house i always go to my favorite cafe. its near my work place and ussually after work i would go there and spend one or two hours just to check my mail, post discussions in mylot and do my other stuff.
how about you? do you also go to an internet cafe?

hello djmarion,
i used to visit internet cafes in 90's.they are really disgusting places.sometimes when i have some important work over net,i had to wait long hours to get a terminal.and they often have disconnections there.
but now i can surf unlimitedly and directly from my home without any interruptions.when i got my pc,i took a cable modem connection and that solved my problem.even i get broadband connection in my office.so surfing internet is not an issue for me now and that too hassle free browsing.

dear djmarion, i really do not need to go to a cyber cafe now.
i used to visit one few years back.
but now i have a broadband connection at my home as well as at my office.
Then i also have a mobile usb internet connection so that i stay connected with my laptop with the internet.

I surf the Internet both at home and in my office. I am addicted. One day there was a power failure in my area and I went to a nearest net bar. I checked my email and read some of my friends discussions in myLot. That is the only time I have been to an Internet cafe.

no I generally never go to the internet cafe when i am around my PC. Yes if i go somewhere where i cant access the net from somewhere then i try to use the internet cafe like last week i was in a conference hotel in Manchester and I used their hotel internet cafe to do some important task there....

No, I haven't been to an Internet cafe for ages. I think I can say that I'm fortunate enough not to have to go to cafes to surf the net. I sometimes just borrow my boyfriend's laptop and go to the nearest hotspot where I can go wireles..

I often browse from my work place.I rarely visit any cafe.I am working as a network engineer and when i get any free time i utlise it on mylot.I also love surfing like you.

I did it several years ago.Its really inconvenient and public internet cafes in my city are usually dirty and noisy.I used to learn english on line there but the result turned out to be bad cause I couldnt concentrated on it.So I gave up and applied for ADSL in my apartment.Its much cheaper and easier for me.
