Well, I don't really drive. But I'd wish people would just obey those rules. I mean, they are there for their benefit and the passengers too.
What sense are rules made if people can just break them, right?
Anyways.. he's a little joke about rules:
A policeman pulls a man over for speeding and asks him to get out of the car. After looking the man over he says, "Sir, I couldn't help but notice your eyes are bloodshot. Have you been drinking?"
The man gets really indignant and says, "Officer, I couldn't help but notice your eyes are glazed. Have you been eating doughnuts?"
=)

My area is so small there aren't many traffic rules to break. No stop lights or cross walks etc. But I did speed when I first started drinking. I got caught and he gave me a warning. I never sped after that. For the very few stop signs we have I don't always make a complete stop so no I guess I don't always follow traffic rules...

Rules are meant to be broken lol. I have a tendancy to speed once in a while. I can't help it when Im driving stick shift.

Yes, I do. It's better for me to do it. Sometimes the police is smart and hide behind some place and will stop you when you broke the traffic. I dont like and scare to deal with police. So its better to obey them, except at nite
