Pizza Hut Stinks

I absolutely love pizza. However, Pizza Hut and their service really bites. One time I ordered pizza from there and they gave me all the wrong toppings. Then I called back nicely and asked for them to resend the correct one. What do I get? A half eaten pizza, with toppings ascewed. I called back, and they said "oh, sometimes that just happens." I called corporate the next day, and they said they'd give me a refund. It took 3 months and several phone calls to get the money back.

I used to work at pizza hut.. and from an ex-employees standpoint, they suck. I can not tell you how many times I have seen them drop toppings then use them. It was horrible. I refused to eat there after that. Bleh!

Ew! It doesn't surprise me, but I try not to think that that kind of thing would ever happen. Especially considering I eat out ALL the time!

I used to work for Pizza Hut and never saw that happen.It must have been just that location.Matter of fact around here, and I have lived in 5 different Pizza Hut area's in the past 2 and a half years,always get great service and pizza from them.Pizza Hut is my favorite.

I think it really depends on the location. And also the supervision itself. but I can say thatwithout thinking much of your experience and others' experiences, Pizza hut has a good taste and creative stuffs with their presentation indeed.

I guess you do have a great taste when it comes to pizza. Domino's Pizza is also one of the famous pizza store in our place. How about A Veneto Pizzeria? I like their New York sTyle. Anyways, Happy eating!

Yeah, I agree. The one where I used to live was pretty good and they always had great service. It's just this one that it happened at and I'd never go back to them. I've moved since then though, so I'm going to try a new one near where I live. I still think I like Domino's pizza better though, just because they have better deals and it just all around tastes better. That's just my opinion though.

I agree Pizza Hut is definitely the worst pizza chain i have eaten from. I like Dominoes, but most of all i like delivery from local pizzerias, thats the best!

Yeah, Local Pizzerias are really good. The only reason I don't eat at those as often is because they are more expensive. But I guess they have to be in order to make money. It's a lot easier for big chains like Dominos and PizzaHut to charge cheaper prices.

Maybe you should just find a different pizza hut because I love pizza hut. They always get my order right. I hate Imo's pizza though.
