PPC Forms Make Extra Money Question

I've seen scattered all over the internet that you can make a lot of extra mony by filling out PPC forms for companies. I haven't been able to find any companies that I can acess without paying someone a membership fee for a list of their database. I think that I'd enjoy this type of work.
Everything that I find on the Internet are websites saying that you can make extra money filling out these forms. Then when you get to the bottom of the website, you have to pay anywhere from $50 to $200 for a membership to get access to people that need the forms done.
Does anyone know how I can do PPC forms without having to pay this huge fee? Are there really that many customers available on the market or is it just everyone trying to sell those websites as affiliates?

You are right, and thay seem to make it read to the point, where some people or losing their monies. OK you have real-estate, form filling, e-bay just to name a few. Then when you get the pay this fee, watch out you may have a monthly fee attached.
