Making A Break For It!!!!!!

When I got up today I found that our hermit crab had excaped!!!! I looked in his tank and didnt see him. I was like NO he didnt...Yep he did. The little bugger climbed right out!! He lives in a tank on top of my lizards tank which is 4 foot tall. He fell that far!! Well now the task of finding him....ya he could be ANYWHERE!! So I said oh well for now, wait for the kids to get up so they can help look for him. a little while later I went to the kitchen to get a drink and there he was!!! Running as fast as he could across the floor!!! I got a good laugh from that. I picked him up, out him back in his tank and he looked at me like DAMN I almost made it!!! LOL

Honestly woman, you have got to get a lid. Next thing you know he will be in the fridge, or freezer, or in the washer..LOL..I think he is trying to run away. He is probably thanking God right this very moment that he had a hard shell to protect him..LOL If he could talk I am sure You would be in trouble..

LOL and they move so slowly in their tanks :) Sounds like he just wanted a little outing. You could always get one of those hamster balls (plastic ball that opens, you put hamster in and it spins as they walk) and put him in it. I couple good spins and I'll bet he'd never want out of that tank again LOL Just kidding
That is a long drop for him but that's what they have that nice hard shell for.
