Do You Feel Embarrassed When You're Walking In Campus Without Company?

A friend of mine just cannot live without company. When she walks to school, she always yanks someone to accompany her when she goes to her classroom or to the comfort room. It's like she's embarrassed to be seen without a company.
I'm not. Sometimes, it's nice walking alone because you get to choose which place you like to go. And sometimes, just sometimes, it's nice walking alone in campus because people get to glance my way and notice me (i kinda like the feeling...).
It's ok to be walking alone - it's not embarrassing. If someone approaches me to accompany me, it's fine. I won't mind.

as a guy i'm used to walking alone even when i was still in the university... coz my friends and i sometimes have different schedules and such. it's not embarrassing to walk alone, but it is more enjoyable if we have friends to come along with us.

yeah, i suppose so. it's convenient to walk alone because you can choose places where you want to go to, and have something to focus on.. yet it's a lot more fun when you have friends around to goof off and talk to, right? well, either way, it's fine.

Hi, when i was in college i usually walk alone. I mean its ok to walk without a buddy. Walking alone on campus kind of makes me feel strong. It's eating alone on campus thats uncool :( makes you really a loner

eating alone on campus is uncool? sometimes i eat with friends. sometimes i break away with them because i can't concentrate on my meet with them talking and asking me questions and etc.. hmm i guess it depends on how you consider yourself. i don't mind walking or eating alone in campus. perhaps, i'm just weird..haha

i like walking alone as much as having company. why would one feel conscious, by the way?
