I don't know if I will ever get out of my country, I live in the US. But if I do I would love to go to Ireland, Scotland, France and England. Those would be my first choices but I would love to travel just about anywhere in the world just to see how other people live. But my ancestors are from the above mentioned countries and I would love to visit their place of birth plus perhaps doing some family history research. Also I am a camera bug and would love to come back with many pictures of historic sites, cities and countryside. I think if I ever went I would want to stay for an extended time instead of taking a guided tour and be free to wonder wherever I pleased.

I live in the US, and except for Canada, I probably will never get out of the country. If I do there are a couple of places I would want to go.
I would love to visit Europe and see the places that are the History of the Western Civilization. I would love to visit Germany and Austria as they are part of my ancestory. I would love to see many of the places that I've seen in some of the movies of the 60s and 70s.
I also would love to head to Japan. I've read so much and seen things in movies, too, about this great island nation.
The other 2 places are Australia and New Zealand. Being a night person here in the US, I have gotten to talk to many from those 2 countries. It sounds like a wide open place and not the congested land that I am in along the Atlantic Coast of the US. I am sure that there are cities that are the same as here in the US, but Australia sounds to me like the midwest and Rocky mountain regions here.
