You ur lover get angry if you didt get them present for birthday or anniversary?

I have been with the same man for 11 years and he never gave me any gifts for birthday christmas etc. I haven't asked for a gift either. First we don't have lots of money. Second I would rather he spend what extra we do have on the three childern, and thirdly I love him, not what trinkets he would buy me. I also haven't given him any gifts. We can express our feelings for each other in other ways than pulling out the pocketbook. Vicki
