How many times do you change your bed sheets and pillow cases?

I change my bed sheet and pillow case every week bcoz in my house who ever comes they mostly sit on the bed and I feel very uncomfortable to sit or sleep on them,thats why I change every week.

Hi Lyn, I am not so good on this topic I am afraid. I do not change my sheets or pillow cases too often. I would be lucky to do this even once a month. I know that does not sound too nice but I guess it is me being lazy. It is funny really because there are not too many areas in life in which I am lazy, but this is one for sure! cheers,

It is weekly affair in our house and it is my spouse, who is in-charge of doing such things, she keeps a tab on pillows etc. when to change. Good Post!

I aim for doing it once a week. During the summer I always reach my goal and sometimes I will do it every third day or so because I sweat so much when I sleep. During the winter I will go sometimes as long as two weeks before changing them.

I change them once a week. Usually every monday. But I guess changing every 15 days would be ok too. :)

I change them about once a week. I have 2 cats and a dog who shed all over them, so they need changing pretty frequently. I also have a 5-year old who occasionally spills stuff on my bed, or gets sticky stuff from his hands (pb&j, for example) all over my sheets.

I change it once a week, though it is clean, due to sweat, the sheet stinks and therefore it is being changed once a week.

I change them once every week. I once watch the Oprah show and learned that this is the ideal frequency. It used to be once a month for me though LOL.:P

I change my sheets once a week. Sometimes when I tend to get busy and forget, it goes to once in 2 weeks. But it would not go more than that. So that means AT LEAST twice a month..

I change my bed sheets and pillow cases everyweek!It's getting hotter everyday and due to that I find that I sweat easily at night.

i change my bed sheet every week..of course it comes with pillow sheets becuase i pair them always..

Maybe once on month or once for about 7-8 weeks. It is relative. It depends where you live, how you live, in what you live. :)
