If you want to become a hacker or want to protect yourself from hacker learn there programes C++, PHP, JAVASCRIPT, HTML. Never download hacking software those have virus and useless. Be a good programer always remember one thing. Don't learn to hack, hack to learn

is it necessary to be having technical background to become hacker.if some one is new to computer world can he become hacker.if yes how he has to start with . which languages he has to began with .please give some good direction for it. because he has to start it from scratch. how much time it will take to become at least beginner level hacker.

its depends on you. how much skill u have. download free e-books from those topic i have mention above. first learn PHP, than javascript NOTE: java and java script is different
