My husband came home the other night with that rubic cubic, actually he want to give that to my daughter. Guess what...he's the one that have been busy with this toy. And he hasn't put it right for the last 36 hours. Do/did you ever got into this game so much, and did you ever succeed putting back all the color like before you scrambled it?

Yes, I remember those, I loved them, I would sit there for hours trying to do it, and even in bed with a torch when I supposed to be asleep..

hahaha...it's kind of addictive. I brought that rubic cubic everywhere tried to solve it. I remember my mom yelled at me at dinner time "put that down, eat your dinner, or I'm gonna throw that thing in the garbage!"

I love that thing! I only ever 'fluked' getting it out a couple of times, but really enjoyed trying. Gave me something to do with my hands. I probably need a new one though, I caught my young sister in law changing the stickers around to get a side out, and now I don't know which are right and which aren't, lol!

I was never tempted, I always thought(wrongly, lol) that I would get it out if I got close!

I had one of those before. I am almost sure its still in this house somewhere. But I will not be looking for it. That thing just about drove me insane.lol. I could never solve it. The closest I got was two sides.

Our son could do the rubic cube but not me, I got to furstrated with it and threw it across the room and that was the end of that. I do not have the skill or the patience for games you have to figure out. I do not like chess, nor math questions where you have to figure out when the trins will meet if train A leaves the station at 10am going 60 miles per hour and train B leaves the station at 12 traviling at 55 miles per hour but stops every 50 seconds for two hours when will they meet? who the heck cares! I can tell you how many micrograms per kiliograms per minutes a patient needs to get of a certain medication or the pediactric dose of a medication was when I was nursing. That what was important to me.

hi teapotmommommerced, i understand. sometimes those brain teaser game can be so frustating. Believe it or not my husband still messing around with it now. And everytime i ask, his answer "almost there. hun. I almost get it." and that's the same answer like this afternoon.

I had a lot of the rubic's toys when I was a kid. I loved them. I've scrambled and fixed a rubic's cube a few times, but it was never easy. that's what I loved about it, actually.

Yeah I remember this stuff, we used to have lots of these with different sizes. It's fun but at the same time frustrating specially if you got a lot of it and only one color or one button is missing. *LOL* Some would even pull out the stickers or others would destroy it really. *LOL* It's fun, but not when you are really impatient. =)
