What did you think of Apocalypto?

It's been out for a while now, but what do you guys think of Apocalypto? It has been accused of having quite a few historical inaccuracies. Despite those, I thought that is was an excellent and fascinating movie. It had some interesting plot so it wasn't just mindless violence. It'll be on my recommended movie list for a while.

it is one of the best movie i watched...not across my mind to criticize the content of it...most of the movie nowadays added to effects to be the best...expecting in general that apocalypto is one of them.

Apocalypto was such a nice film but it contains a lot violence which may not be suited for the young viewers! I salute to all the people who are involved in the making of the this movie you all did a great great job! The film is perfectly awesome! Mel Gibson is the best!

yeah...it has something to do with the celtics, primitives, and christians.....i think of this movie as a reflection of high standard values even though they are prmitive....
