I personally feel, it should be abolished. We should try to drift away from barbarism whic belives in an eye for an eye and life for life. Many countries have already abolished the same but still many are there who havent. While talking about this human rights is my main concern, there shall be a proper and uniform code to control laws regarding human rights all over the world, this may be a right step to demolish such inhuman laws like "death Penalty".
