Who the heck is changing all my pictures?

Today when I logged into My Lot, I noticed that all the photos depicting my interests were changed. For instance the photo for relationships used to be two people walking on the beach. But, now it is just a picture of a woman's foot on the beach. What's up with that? And, most of the other ones are different as well. Needless to say, I'm having trouble locating anything. Does anyone know if this could be a glitch? Or, is it possible for other members to change these pictures on my behalf?

Oh i thought that mylot did that every now and then. I didn't think we could change those!

That’s because any members in that group can upload any new pictures to that group and if some other members also likes it and vote it that picture will be shown instead of the other picture you liked. It is not a glitch or any one else doing it wantedly but this is how it works. In some forums I am a member, the pictures change every hours, so it is not in your hand.

We were used to those pictures, I feel removing them and replacing them with those dull looking ones was perhaps a mistake-we probably need a bit of time to get used to them!

I really do not know who changes them and I don't know if the Members are able to change them to I think it is mylot but I am not to sure

From my understanding, the pictures representing interests can be changed based on members votes. So if any myLot member like a certain picture and vote for that picture (related to an specific interest) the photo representing that interest will change, and so on.

Hi - I have noticed them changing quite a few times since I've been on mylot and just assumed it was a mylot admnistrator doing it (not mylot members), but I could be wrong.

I didn't think we could pick what pictures showed up. I just though they were there and would change without notice. But then again, I really don't know even half the stuff I should. : )

Mylot set avatars for interests sweetheart and every so often they change them! It doesn't seem to happen too often but it does happen - I am sure that you will get used to them soon enough! xxx
