IF YT members can do it?? Can Mylot members meet too in person??

Hello to all my friends whom I missed for the past 3 or 4 months? I was pretty busy with my online home base work and that keeps me away to mylot hu!hu!hu but I am back now and I really do missed this site and all my supportive friends I know who you are and your name will appear below because surely you will never fail to reply to this post simply because you missed me the way I missed you guys!!I love christine in happyslip in You tube her sense of humor and her cute smile and the way she imitates her mom and all that and showing filipino culture and at all that and that's the reason she is one of the TOP favorite in You tube and I am so proud of her. You tube members meets in flesh last july 07, 2007 in New york City and the meeting was great they seemed to know each other for long time.
I stopped a bit and wonder is that possible with Mylot members guys I love to meet you all and hug and chat with you and all that..I think if we really really serious about it we can.. not worldwide members but per country or per city I guess...
Maybe, I will initiate a meeting on December with all Filipino members that is in Manila and nearby province or even some asian members nearby ha!ha!ha is it cool if we meet in the 2nd largest mall in the world "MALL Of ASIA"and we will posts pictures and discussions about the meeting and even be telecast news wow!!
I am excited!

that is a great idea.
I had posted a discussion wherein I had asked mylotters whether they have ever met any other mylotter in person, provided they did not know each other prior to joining mylot.
It is definitely a great idea to have contact meetings with mylot users of our city/region. This would definitely help mylot to grow from strength to strength.
And in such meetings, we can not limit ourselves to mylot and should extend ourselves to taking up social causes so that we mylotters can have a positive impact on the society. After all, we must contribute positively to the society that we belong to because this very society has given us our identity.

hello! Thank you for dropping by! I am really excited to meet mylot filipino community and be bonded for a period of time and have pictures there and that and that will marked a start of true friendship and mylot community will me more meaningful..

oppss forgot to add..maybe the first meeting should be more on acquaintances and get to know stage we can't easily arrange a social cause because of the different work we had a first meeting should be a nice start to a more positive steps towards a more deeper cause...

yup. that's true maribel. i just thought i will still be in the philippines until october. but the visa was granted immediately more than expected. so, i am in sweden already last june. but you guys have fun. i look forward to seeing your pictures!

hello kabayan!! ate everlasting and maryannemax, raijin and the rest of the guys here in mylot that are also member in my friendster forum talk about it before and I am planning a grand meeting on December before christmas I think that will be a merry thing to do and meet friends in flesh..sounds exciting!! I will surely look for you there!!

just like you, i haven't been as active as i were before for a month. i just drop in here and read some discussions and post some responses. and i'm gone. i had been busy with getting to sweden and my adjustments here. but i am doing fine with the help and support of my boyfriend.
i always dream of seeing myLot members in real life. you know, atleast see each others' smiles, feel each others' warmth and just talk about life. setting aside for awhile myLot issues and everything.
huhuhu.. december? poor me. but well, i will surely be glad and happy to see mylot members meeting each other. even if i can't make it, i know you all will be having fun. i just wish i could be there, too.

this sweet girl is my ever and trusted friend here and I am so happy for her and the life she live in Sweden now but it is a bit sad that you will not be in grand meeting!
Hope you and your bf will be home for Christmas in pinas so you will in the grand meeting I will keep posting a discussion about the meeting and keep praying that you can go back home as well I really wished I can see you there anne!!

Hi there my friend, great to hear from you again. I'm glad you popped in for a few moments. What an interesting idea, just a pity some of us are so far. I have only two friends from my own country here on Mylot, and with one of them, I am friends in real time, which came about here at Mylot. But to meet her will also be a bit difficult because she stays about 10 hours drive from me. But we do email each other on a weekly basis. I think it is a EXCELLENT idea, and I hope you can do it toward the end of the year. Keep well and look after yourself. Love Annie. xxxxx

Maribel, Not a bad idea and initiative on your part. No doubt, there are lot of Filipino members here on mylot and I blieve that many are your friends...so you can easily invite them for a get together. It will have to be checked up whether all the members would like to see each other in flash and blood. If I get a chance, I would like to meet my friends.

I think it is really possible.. for this only needs personal interest. One can make a good friend here & ofcourse one can meet with his or her friends personally but it is only through personal interest since mylot does not allow others service except private message. So all you have to be done personally. It is more easy to meet for same country people. Personally,. I will be very glad to meet with any mylot friends if any one come in Bangladesh & inform me.. that I am coming.
Already I have made a firnd in my country who is 45 years old male involved with a germents jobs. We send each others pm & I try to make response of his discussion. It will be really great if I physically meet with him since I know him firstly only through mylot. Thanks for making a good discussion.

This discussion was posted 2 years ago. I may be too late. Lol! Did the meeting materialized in Mall of Asia? If not then maybe there's still hope for me. Lol! I just came here in Manila but i don't the meeting's going to happen anytime soon considering you've been away for a month now. I don't know but people here in Manila are all busy so you may need to try hard to convince them. Nice avatar by the way.
