I always feel that on Fridays which is one day before weekend, I am very energetic.Though it is the same travelling distance, same work, same tiring routine but the feeling that tomorrow is a the holiday keeps me very active. Does this happens to you all.

I have an energy-meter. Every Monday morning, the reading on the meter is high, I am fully of energy. It gradually reduces as the week goes by and I am sapped of my energy. By the time I reach Friday, its almost zero! Then I rest over the weekend and my energy-meter is again back to full on Monday morning.

Well Apsara, its Friday here in India by the time I write this. I woke up with about 10% energy in my kitty, but the weather (its raiting cats & dogs since yesterday night) sapped me of it too! So i have already touched the zero mark and by the end of the day, i'll be in the red!

I can agree with that 100%, I believe it has a lot to do with the conditioning of the mind. Our day may consist of the same old routine, however we are programming ourselves to think today’s Friday & it’s the last day before the weekend or holiday, & that instantly puts us in a better energetic state of mind.

Yes I agree with you. But you know what makes me most happy, it is that I will be able to sleep longer. I get up every day at 5 am and go to sleep nearly at 11:30pm, so you see I am dying to sleep. Don't you feel weekends are too short.

I definitely feel revived when I am getting ready for a weekend, holiday or a vacation. I always look forward to days off from work. I get energized near the end of each work day as well as I am ready to go home and work out and do my other activities. I was very energized right before my trip to North Carolina and was tired the day before coming back to work. LOL

yes I agree with you. just 15 minutes before closing we are again very energetic....lol. It is a feeling like a bird who was trapped in the cage will be soon free to fly again in the open blue sky......we all love our freedom. Thanks for your reply.

Yes, I entirely agree with you that Friday remains the special day in a week, because in my case also, I know that I am going to get two holidays on Saturday and Sunday...that feeling makes me energetic and happy.

Yes friday is the most energetic day and its for everybody there in the office. Its a good day to talk to the boss also as he will be in a good mood that day. On friday usually the works are also less in our office so mentally and physically free.

Oh yes!!
How I love the Saturdays to come and do feel so much energised and exuberant on the evenings. I do my mind and spend time just the way I want to. Sunday is a holiday which means alot of chores in the morning and an lovely evening but thinking of Mondays makes me sick.
