http://news.aol.com/story/_a/officials-find-refrigerated-fetus-in/20070719042409990001 What is wrong with the courts? They think sending someone to a class will teach them how to be a good parent, the courts needed to check up on this family, and many, many more familes out there the problem with this country is Money they always say we dont have the funds well the have the funds for all the free lawyers these people get.It wouldnt take much for the city to do surpise checks on these families 2xs a yr,,And all these hollywood stars want to go to other countries and take them back here instead of helping our own!!!!

It sounds like there is some mental health issues going on with the parents. It also sounds like they are horders. With diapers stacked four feet high. That is just gross. I think they need to be fixed so they cannot have anymore children. I think those kids shoud be placed in foster homes and not be allowed to go back to the parents. Unfortuntally the goal of the foster care system is to reunite the families.

i find this story very disturbing- It makes me tear right up- For the life of me- why did these people keep having children- I know there is help for women that can't afford birth control- planned parenthood and such- The 2 oldest were taken away a while back and then given back to the family-the new goal is to reunite this family?? WTF-- I hope there is foster care that will take all of the children and provide a loving family and home for them!

It is a very sad story. I also hope they all get a good home.

I think a big problem with the court system is that there are not enough people to oversee things. Plus the jails and prisons are full which costs the taxpayors more money. If we had a better system of social welfare and justice it might not be such a problem. But when there is not enough money to pay qualified people what can you do?.

You are right about that but NO child should have to live like these kids were.
