most stylish look

i have to start a new job,and im looking for an appropriate outfit. I usually wear jeans, tshirts and converse shoes,but now i need to "clean" a little..what do you think about? Wich style i should chase?

depends on what kind of a job your talking about. if it's office work, they usually have uniforms and on casual days, you'd dress decently casual, a blouse and skilrt or slacks with blazer. if you're in the field or plant as in engineering work, you are attired most casually with shirt, denims and a hard hat... something like that.
