i need help with potty training

my daughter is being beyond stuborn, she knows when she needs to go potty but refuses to take the time to do so she'll either keep herself from going or she'll have an accident, she is actually doing pretty well with going pee in the potty but hates to poop. starting to get really worried about it. any idea/tricks tha have worked for anyone else?
