How Do You Use Feta Cheese?

I love feta cheese. A little bit goes a long way. I love it with pesto and salads. How do you use feta cheese? Do you have any special tips for incorporating it into other dishes?

I have only used it in spinach rolls with puff pastry and cooked..Yummo

yes. that sounds very good. spinach and feta are a good combination, aren't they? served in puff pastry would be very nice for company.

I've had it on salads and pizza. It was delicious on both. On the pizza they used feta cheese and the only other toppings were tomato chunks. It was delicious.

Mmm. I'm imagining some herbs, too. Perhaps oregano, thyme or marjoram?
