If you have a lots debts, will you go holiday with your family member?

My sister in-law already have so much of debts, already cannot afford to clear all the bills - house load, car load, credit card bills, kids education fees yet want to bring her kids and parent in-law go holiday.
I'm so angry with her. She can go holidays with her family member but can tell us that she don't have money to clear her debts. Need my mother in-law and my husband help her to clear all the bills. What nonsense she talk??

I wouldn't give her a dime. I would explain to her that if she didn't spend her money on frivolous things, she would have the money to pay her bills. I would tell her to get her priorities in order before she could speak to me about borrowing. She will continue to come to you as long as she knows she can get money from you. The best thing to do is to stop the cash flow from your purse to her wallet.

Everytime she will told my husband, can you borrow me 1st I'll pay you back. But when she can pay back, I really don't know. If we never help, she will cry to my mother in-law. My mother in-law will come and ask my husband give. My mother in-law always says, she is your sister if you never help her who come and help her......
I must stop give her from now. Don't let her always take advantage on us.
