EBay is located in California but if I wanted to buy some bear claw or any other bear parts such as teeth or skull I am not allowed to because the state of California bans the sale of bear parts in that state. I d not live in California and would like to buy bear claws and teeth in states that it is legal to but I cannot because EBay is located in California. Is this right?
