I have access to a hot tub now and I love it. The water temperature is at least 100 degrees if not more (depending on the weather temperature out doors...
I can adjust it how ever high I want) I am thinking it is like a sauna. And I am hoping it will help me to lose weight.
Has any one ever lost weight from going in a hot tub?

I assume your plan is to sweat the weight off? This will only be temporary water loss. As soon as you rehydrate the weight will come back. Heat does nothing to remove actual fat from your system. You can only benefit if you need an immediate weight loss. Taking a big dump would have the same effect.

On it's own, with no other weight loss methods, I doubt whether a hot tub would help you loose weight.
It is true thast "sweating" in a hot tub, or any other means of heating up your body excessively, will cause fluid loss, & this a small weight loss. Once, the fluid has been lost, there is nothing else to loose.
A hot tub, in addition to a low fat, low carb diet, plus exercise, would be benefecial.
