Well the pressure is really on me now and I have to perform well...The worst thing is everybody expects good things from me and I am always scared that I will let them down...Well pressure from my parents is something that I ve gotten used to...but this time the pressure from my friends and my professors is at its peak...I know i can do well but what if I dont??? Its simply more than I can handle...

this is a very tough one!! I hate exams but the one thing that helps me is "knowing the material" inside and out. I cant stress that enough. Puts my mind at ease. Then once I am done studying, I take a mental break the day before exam and do nothing but watch tv (comedy, something light) and REST!

Hi,niranjans87! I want to share my suggestion to you. A very important thing to reduce your pressure is chocolate.Chocolate is a kind of food which can make you feel happy and relax. When you feel nervous, please take a piece of chocolate. This food is magic. If you are under the pressure and cannot fall asleep in the evening, then another useful food is milk.Drinking milk before you go to bed can drive you into dream as soon as possible. If you feel that you cannot concetrate yourself on the book, you can try to listen to music. Hope you can deal with your pressure!Have a good day!

From primary school to university,I have experienced many examinations, in fact, I didn't feel any pressure, and perhaps my attitude good, some parents of the child's expectations are high, sometimes exceeding those expectations child's ability, encounter such a situation, I think that as long as they make every effort enough that even falls short of their expectations, but as long as their own efforts, there will be no regrets...
