DREAM GIRLS..... just got a dvd copy

i watched it on the plane! it was very good i felt. the acting of jennifer hudson as the jealous wannabe lead was very good. you've finished watching it right? i suppose it was the mixture of singing and acting that won her the award, especially since it was like the first time she was acting. it's not everyday that a rookie actress wins best supporting actress. the others probably spent loads of time acting in little roles in all sorts of movies. i think the costumes and the storyline was interesting too.
