Small Potatoes is my favorite episode ever (the one where the woman believes that Luke Skywalker got her pregnant, and the babies are being born with tails), but I also really enjoyed any episode with the Lone Gunmen in it. Also, there was an episode where they were investigating something on an old ship, and somehow went back in time. I don't remember the title or many of the details of the episode, other than the fact that it was filmed as one continuous shot. I'd really love to find that episode again and watch it. :)

It was Triangle. A great episode. They were very creative in this one. Nice choice :)

I liked Triangle too. The ship was the Queen Anne that disappeared during WWII and supposedly was lost in the Bermuda Triangle.... How the Ghosts Stole Christmas was another good one. With Ed Asner and Lily Tomlin in season 6. Another of my favorites was Hollywood A.D. with Tea Leoni and Garry Shandling where Mulder, Scully and Skinner all went to Hollywood to "consult" on a movie about the X-Files, specifically about Mulder and Scully finding the Lazarus Bowl and they kept making jokes about Tea Leoni (David Duchovny's wife) having a crush on Mulder. That one was hilarious. There was another but I can't remember the title, where Mulder and Scully go undercover in a suburb to catch a couple who had supposedly been killing other couples and it turned out in the end that the couple they were trying to catch were actually devils....bright red devils with forked tails and horns. That one was great too.

For me the greatest one was Pusher. I just loved Robert Modell. Wetwired would be my second option. I watched this episode a million of times. It is great. And Pine Bluff Variant! Mulder was so handsome in that episode! I agree with you about Post Modern Prometheus. The songs were great. Humbug was the funiest, though. What can I say? I loved the X-Files!
